其一、学生的第 一句问题在于instead of individuals，这里的表达有种国际援助不面向个人，那么这个“面相”的定依旧很重要，但是学生并没有详细说明;
其二、这里individual的引出其实是想讲国际援助从个人升华到国家的利益至上，所以face ... instead of individuals就不准确了，不如直接去点明国家不仅是捐赠者也是受益者。
其三、从讨论的主体上来看，将主体从organisation变为international aid并不合适，因为题目的主题重点在国家参与international aid的程度之上，因而为了文章的流畅度和内容的关联度，从国家的角度出发进行讨论更好 -- 当what it can provide 重的it为international aid时，讨论主体的转换在内容和形式上都不讨巧。

考生是这样写的

☆ 考生犯了一个非常常见的错误：比较结构中的两个比较对象不可比。比较对象A是the number of users，而不叫对象B是other social networks，大家不妨思考一下如何调整?
解析：比较对象要实现一致，或进行两个the number of users的对比，或进行两类social network的对比，若发现比较级前后重复用词了，那么后者单数用that复数用those指代，如the number of A is larger than that of B。
改写如下
With roughly 3 billion monthly users as of the second quarter of , Facebook was the biggest social network worldwide.
☆改写后的句子将数据前置为一个with伴随状语结构，起到解释说明的作用，具体结构是with+数据+具体时间点;
将“用户人数最多”切换为“全球最 大的社交网络”，提升措辞丰富灵活度;
