  Employers should give their staff at least a 4-week holiday a year to make employees better at their jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your knowledge or experience.

As the saying goes, Too much work, too much vacation, too much of anything is unsound.
